Thank you for your interest in booking with Vilma Rodriguez Photography! Here you can find some basic pricing information.
The session covers the photographers time, creative artistry during the session. Session fee is due at the time of booking. Together we custom design your luxury portrait session in order to capture images that you have always dreamed of. Before each session we meet for an in-person or online video consultation to discuss all the details of your photo shoot. We will talk about clothing, color, and the overall mood you would like to have for your new portraits. Enjoy your session alone or with your mother, daughter, sister or best friend. Session fee does not include prints or digital files.
REVEAL SESSION
Your reveal session will be your first opportunity to see your beautiful gallery on the wall in front of you. Now the hard part will be deciding how you would like your photographs displayed!
Would you like something for the wall? An album to sit on the shelf of coffee table? Or simply take your matted photographs home with you on the day in your beautiful portfolio box to be gifted, framed or displayed at any time.
My job is to take beautiful photographs that you love and will treasure forever. To give you an idea, my clients tend to spend between $250 and $2400 but there is no obligation to do so and photographs start from $150. All digital Images include print release for personal use.

SESSIONS
Portrait Session
My team and I will give you a celebrity experience, a Vanity Fair magazine style photoshoot, designed to be relaxing, fun, and help you enjoy yourself. The photo sessions typically last about 1.5-3 hours long at my studio in Worcester.
In depth and in person session planning & wardrobe consultation, 3-4 wardrobe changes. Fully guided posing & directed during the entire photo shoot. Professional editing of all Images. In person Image Reveal & ordering appointment.
Family Session
These sessions are typically done in my Worcester studio. Outdoor sessions available upon request. I am willing to travel within 25miles from Worcester, additional fee per mile. I have several beautiful locations I’ve scouted out to choose for your session. This is for immediate family only. $150 per additional persons.
Maternity Session
We offer both in-studio and outdoor fine art maternity portraiture. A maternity session is a timeless and beautiful way to remember your pregnancy. It’s also a great way to pamper yourself before baby arrives.
Newborn Session
Congratulations on the arrival of your new baby and thank you for choosing Vilma Rodriguez Photography to capture this incredibly special time in your lives. Your session will take place in my Worcester studio, 51 Union St. Suite 001.
We love to see newborns between 7 and 10 days after their arrival, before their bones begin to fuse and while they are still ever so sleepy. Sessions are 2-3 hours, to ensure there is plenty of time to capture your newborn. It also gives time for your newborn to snuggle in, feed or be changed. Immediate family can be included (mom, dad, siblings). $125 per additional persons.
My commitment to your baby’s safety is my number one priority. Schedule your session now and freeze in time all the wonderful details.

For executives or business professionals looking for a formal and a casual look with one or two backgrounds. Inside and/or outdoors.

BIRTHDAY PARTY PHOTOSHOOT
Give your daughter (and you!!) a unique and unforgettably fun experience. Treat her and her friends to a party that will create memories to last a life time. We will create the most special day for your daughter and her closest friends. They will receive the royal treatment as models for a day.
For her: the party will be a fun-filled day with birthday cupcakes and a photoshoot (with hair and age appropriate makeup included). What can make it even more perfect? Inviting up to 3 friends to share it all.
For you: During the party, you get to relax, chat and celebrate in the fun.
Cost for 4 girls: $795
$125 per child thereafter (capped at 5)
What is included: Hair and age appropriate makeup
pastel themed tulle outfits if desired
Photoshoot with 2 outfit changes
After the party, at a later date, each girl will receive an individual and group photo print as a party favor and the birthday girl will receive 8 photos - her choice from the photo shoot gallery I will provide.
